Plugged in

It's a bad scan, and that's slightly intentional because i'm proud of this and am highly reluctant to draw anything more on it, or post it online. I've drawn a lot recently that im too attached to post- and i'm slowly becoming more wary about the net. I joined here when i was going through a 'Oh look! Drawing has suddenly become more fun! What's that? Anime? Let's jump on the bandwagon!' Stage. I'm growing up. A sign is that now, i'm happy with what i draw wheras in the past i would like something for about a day, go off it then detest it after a month.
Anyway, rant over.

This crept up on me. I was on the verge of getting paintbrushes out, but my brain turned around and told me i would be using watercolour pencils thatnk you very much. Where did that hour go?

It looks a lot better physically. Is it a follow up to that stone cold thing i did? Does it reflect my emotions regarding the internet and my future? Is it just something i did while procrastination? I don't know!!

Pah- i think i'll take photos of things i draw in the future. The high white brightness of the scanner defeats the object of the carefully built up layers of texture that are the shadow. You just can't see from this.

I didnt mean to rent about it, really!
